This Privacy Policy describes how Harrelson Software Group LLC ("ProductivRN", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.productivern.com or use the ProductivRN application.
ProductivRN is a healthcare operations platform used by hospitals and health systems. We take privacy seriously, particularly with respect to healthcare data.
Information We Collect
Website visitors: When you visit our marketing website, we automatically collect standard technical information including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This is collected via Google Analytics (see Cookies section below).
Contact form submissions: If you contact us via our website, we collect your name, organization, email address, and phone number. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.
Application users: Users of the ProductivRN platform submit staffing reports, patient acuity data, shift information, and related operational data on behalf of their employing healthcare organization. This data is owned by the healthcare organization (the covered entity) and is processed by ProductivRN as a Business Associate under HIPAA.
HIPAA & Protected Health Information
ProductivRN processes operational staffing and acuity data on behalf of healthcare organizations. To the extent this data constitutes Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA, it is handled in accordance with our obligations as a Business Associate, including:
- Using and disclosing PHI only as permitted under the applicable BAA
- Implementing appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards
- Reporting any breach of unsecured PHI as required by HIPAA
- Returning or destroying PHI upon termination of the BAA
How We Use Information
- To deliver and maintain the ProductivRN platform
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- To analyze website traffic and improve our marketing pages
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Staffing reports, acuity records, escalation logs, and related operational data are retained for one (1) year from the date of creation, unless a longer retention period is required by your organization's BAA or applicable law. Contact data submitted via our website is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your request.
Data Security

While we take every reasonable precaution, no system can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use strong passwords and report any suspected security issues to support@productivern.com.
Cookies & Analytics
Our marketing website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, and traffic source. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. This data is used solely to understand how our website is used and to improve it.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
The ProductivRN application uses session cookies required for authentication. These cookies are not used for advertising or tracking purposes.

ProductivRN may use the following third-party services in the delivery of the platform:
- SMS notifications — escalation alerts may be delivered via SMS to authorized users
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics (marketing pages only)

ProductivRN is intended for use by healthcare professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
